This is how 14 meeting rooms could be delivered and set up in under 6 hours!

During the summer of 2023, AudicomPendax AB delivered AV equipment to 14 meeting rooms and a dining hall at Ersta New Hospital on Södermalm in Stockholm. 

After careful evaluation, a completely installation-free solution was chosen in the form of Pendax's unique Mobile X-line with integrated screen, videobar, and Barco Clickshare for easy-to-handle, wireless video meetings and presentations for all meeting rooms. For the dining hall, a traditional solution with a projector and motor-driven projection screen was selected.  

The greatest gain for Ersta Hospital was that the entire solution required no coordination with other contractors, and the entire delivery of equipment to the meeting rooms was carried out in less than 6 hours by a single person!

In addition to the food, the dining hall offers a fantastic view over Stockholm. Traditional motor-driven projection screen and projector for larger meetings and presentations.
